I'm ashamed of this, but perhaps someone will find it helpful :)
Our motorhome was purchased with a microwave door that was unexplainedly badly broken (before picture). Is this from convection heat? We lived with it that way for a year and learned to hold the bottom of the door up when we closed the door. On a trip a few weeks back, my sister-in-law didn't know the protocol and the door started coming apart in her hands.
We plan to take our coach to Nacogdoches in about 2-3 years for a pretty thorough renovation including paint, bodywork, fridge, and microwave and were hoping the door would last until then. The rest of the microwave works fine. Doors don't seem to be available anymore (please correct me if I'm wrong -- I'd like one). I think it's an R-1851.
With low expectations and nothing to lose, I tried this superglue and baking soda method: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1meoZaHYZo
Much to my surprise, it actually worked and the door is functionally better than when we got it. I don't know how long that will last, but I'm pretty happy with the results for now. Hopefully, it'll last until the Nacogdoches spa treatment.
I think I could make the cracks disappear if I had it to do over again.
I replaced the door skin on mine a few years ago. Not sure if there are any more available. Worth searching for one.

Mark,
Do you recall where you got it?
I would have to look for the paperwork in my file. Ill let you know if I find it.
Rick, I have sent you a PM
Chris
Rick, Your door looks much better than mine. I have several pieces missing and a piece of Duct tape holding it together.
It is on my list of things to replace.
