Title: Wiring
Post by: oldguy on December 10, 2019, 08:10:37 pm
I lost my radio, map light and CB plus probably a lot more and I have being trying to find it with a test light. I have made up a test
light with a halogen bulb and I used that to test the copper bars and I found that one of the bars wouldn't light up the light so
I know I have a bad circuit so tomorrow when it's light I will try and find it. Going through my wiring diagrams I find it says to go to
page such and such but I don't have that page. Also does Foretravel have computer wiring diagrams.

Foretravel has the diagrams. If you ask for what page you are looking for, someone might have it.

It might be one of the 80 amp breakers behind the white panel in one of the storage bays.

Thanks, that's the first place I will look tomorrow. Now that you brought up the white panel, that I had know about, will probably save
me a lot of time.

This Forum has a extensive library, in case you have not yet stumbled across it.  One of the sections contains several electrical schematics:

Oldguy,

Those items should be fed off the fuse panel in the foot of the bed. Look for your A-2702 print. The copper buss in the kick panel that you have found dead may be the one that requires the ignition switch to be in run.

You might also check the salesman switch by the door.

Thanks for the wiring diagrams and I'm looking for a poor connection as enough juice is getting through to light up my normal
test light.

This one doesn't go through the ignition switch

Thanks everyone and Red it was a 30 amp breaker that was blown where you said to look. I found it in minutes after getting the cover off. The strange thing was enough current was getting through that my led test light was showing a good circuit.
