Title: Pins not engaging

The top of the slide appears to be in more than the bottom and the pins aren't engaging is there an adjustment I can do, myself?
It's in maybe 3/4" ?. Thanks

Whats it look like outside? flush or no?

Believe it has a sensor on the inside once in it is told to engage.. sensor isnt lined up then it wont engage.

It's not flush. It seems to be 3 /4" in at the top. I don't want to adjust the sensors. I was hoping an adjustment to the slide mechanism was possible.
