Title: gauges

stewart warner gauges go to a control box for all gauges have a plug coming from so it control even the illumination of the gauges does anyone know if there is a adjustment to make brighter the rheostat is turn up and still seems very dim i have jumpered out the rheostat and still very dim stewart warner does not even show these gauges on there site
my fuel gauge has 459a number on it but nothing shows up

give me your opinion

Check ground wire, probably one common wire.

Make sure your dash dimmer knob is turned up.

Dash gauges in this year and a few others went through a gray or blue box controller.  When things start to go bad in the box the gauges don't work and the box is unrepairable. Switch to direct read mechanical air gauges.  All of the other gauges and function are available on VMSpc.

gauges all apear to work i bypast the dimmer switch and the lights still seem very dim to me as far as ground wire this coach has a controller for all the gauges wonder if it has an adjustment on the control box its self  problem with electronic comntrols no one to repair once outdated
