May be a little different on phones, tablets, PCs and Macs but on our Mac Cheesegraters, once you are done writing, hit preview right below the box you are typing in. There will be a message "Add files by dragging & dropping or selecting them." Selecting them will be in light green. Click on it and then navigate to where you have the photo you want posted is located on your computer.

After selecting your photo, you may still write more in this box. You could also provide a link to a photo album right here.
