Fired up the coach this morning. Everything seemed normal. Possibly a little long to get to the air blow off point, but that is just my gut. Drove fine from storage back to the house. Shut it down and worked on a water bay project. Fired it up again and the air pressure wouldn't get above 120 on either tank. Leveling system would not go into travel mode and thus no shifting out of neutral.
Crawled underneath the front and could hear an air leak. Got a bottle of soapy water and found a leak.
Leak appears to be coming from the fitting/connect shown in the first picture.
How do I repair this leak? I assume I need to get the jack stands in place to accomplish the fix
That is a push on fitting, find a store that sells Dot approved fittings and replace them, you can get the same style or go with the compression style,take the old ones in to match up.
That hardly looks like a big enough leak to be the cause of no travel mode. Not saying it should not be fixed, but what does that line feed?

Agree with Rich.. It would take a number of leaks that size to cause issues with travel mode.
Did it ever go above 120 psi. before? That is the governor cut off on most D-2 governors. The problem is not with air pressure on the ride height issue.
Wondering if he has a slide that is not locked in? Just thinking out loud!
The push on DOT fittings are a common leak point, especially if there is any side torque on the tubing. I like to replace them with compression fittings where possible.
You could just replace that piece of tubing with a new piece and it might stop the leak. I would make sure the regulator is supported to keep any torque off of the tubing.
Do you have the HWH owner's manual and trouble shooting documents? There are indicator lights on the HWH boxes in the basement that should tell you if the system thinks the slide is not locked in place. That will keep you from going into travel mode. It could be a sensor issue of it could really be not locked in.

There was an air leak which has been fixed.
Yet the "no go" continued. After review your comments and other posts I tried operating the living room slide. Turn the key, flashing yellow light, solid yellow light and hit the retract button. Sounded like the slide was pulled in a smidge and the travel light turned on green. All is well.
