Most of the hinges are piano hinges yeah ? Other than the front door and screen. Try the Winnebago parts site they seem to have everything.

It's the main door passenger side, where you enter vehicle as you walk into villa, the kitchen sink is opposite as you come in and go up step, which houses the batteries, that door, its got 3 hinges, I cleaned them up once, treated them with rust killer converter, and re painted them, with white hammerite metal paint, the stuff I used was called jenolite rust converter, but am not impressed with that stuff, because it has come back again, in all the years I've never known anything that kills rust completely, it always comes back

Look up Rust Bullet paint, best paint for rust, can you take the hinges off one at a time and redo them?

Yeah I have thought of that cause there is nothing really wrong with them just they keep going rusty, I need to get them off like you said and get an angle grinder with wire brush attachment, but I thought if I can't find anything to kill the rust properly then it would be a waste of time, il have a look for rust bullet, I don't if they sell it in UK or may find it on ebay thanks a lot mate kev

That's very kind of you mate, thanks for offer, I will probably take you up on that, there are a lot of small bits and pieces that I am after now and I think a lot of people that I buy parts from over there prob make a bit of profit on postage as well where as I see a lot of company's ship for free if its just USA, so could order several bits from different suppliers and get them sent to you and they could all go into one box and be sent by usps, if you wouldn't mind doing that for me, would mutch appreciate thanks kev

Well, that has made my decision to take them off one by one, and thoroughly clean them up, however I have found that there are suppliers out there if you search hard enough, I would imagine over in the states there must be plenty of breakers yards that sell various different spares, only other alternative is to have them specially made if your desperate that is the problem when you have older vehicles, I've been doing an extensive restore on mine, have managed OK so far to get virtually every thing I need, I've just searched online hrs at a time sometimes, les Michael's at freightliner has been brilliant, I send him an email and he usually comes up with an alternative part no for me, then I manage to find most stuff, the only thing I haven't managed to get hold of so far is a tie rod and two ends, at present mine are OK, but one day they will need replacing but if all else fails I'm sure I could also get them specially made in the UK as long as I have the old ones to get copied, thanks for your help anyway

Kev, I use phosphoric acid to change the rust back to carbon steel then paint and it is great stuff.
Hope our trip is still on Aug 28 arrival at Heathrow. Will be heading your way in 2 days so he nice to meet.
