I have a U320 And I am trying to locate the electronica water fill valve I believe I have a problem with it I cannot fill my tank any help would be greatly appreciated
It is behind the panel in the water pump compartment.
Mine is also behind water pump as Crainmans is it is a 3/4 valve that has been reduced to 1/2 for pex line hookups. I don't seem to have the problem that others have had with very slow water fill since the 3/4 valve will have a larger orifice size than the 1/2 valve.
I had thought about putting in a 1" valve to get an even larger orifice to fill a little faster but that definitely isn't at the top if the to do list!!!

As the others have said, it should be in the starboard side compartment, behind the water pump and accumulator tank. In the image below it is the brass colored valve with the black solenoid on top of it.
It also could be the check valve. I had a bad check valve last winter and it wouldn't let any water into the tank.
I took mine apart last year and cleaned it and reinstalled. Works as it should now. You may find some crud in there and once cleaned, all is good!
On my coach the check valve is located on the opposite side from the electronic fill valve. It is inboard of the hose reel and as noted above can be problematic. Except for needing long arms to reach it, it is not a big job to remove and replace it.
To clean the internal components do you just remove the 4 bolts on top of brass body and does the sensor just unscrew?
It's a coil and it just pulls off after the clip is removed and after the 4 bolts are removed it just pulls apart.
Chuck,
Here is a link to what you are in for if you have the brass Parker valve.

They can really accumulate a lot of junk. Here's the one from our 300.
