Anyone have a source/name for the white plastic water filter, ice maker fittings, they are on the grey plastic piping,Lowes does not have them.
I don't have a source, but from my rebuild of the Aqua Hot I learned that the grey plastic piping is Polybutylene which is a specific size, different from PEX. At Home Depot, they had a sharkbite adapter from Polybutylene to PEX. Don't know if this helps in any way, hope so.

Thanks,will try them.
David try John Guest Speedfit fittings. You can find them on Amazon.
Sharkbite.
I used these.
SharkBite U4008LFA Conversion Coupling, 1/2" x 1/2", Brass - Pipe Fittings -... (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005QBCEE8/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apap_hfxWZdYRPf9a6)
What I need is a cap to block off the line that went to the ice maker from the tee on the water filter, the brass caps are different threads.
We recently had to repair the ice maker line on my dad's coach. It was leaking from pin holes in the line behind the fridge, right at the brass coupling. FT had not used a standard plumbing fitting so we had to replace the whole thing. What they used was a DOT brake line fitting and, as you said, the threads are different. So, we just cut it off and replaced with a standard 1/4 tubing fitting.
Great to know, and I have a hand full of ice maker line fittings in my bay. I replumbed the new refer installed in 2015.
David just cut that whole piece out. Put in a on/off valve where you cut out the tee. John guest makes those fittings, you just have to know the OD of the tubing. That's what I did on my coach. I also took out the under sink water filter and a faucet when I redid the countertops. Since I'm going to have much better filtration right out of the tank than what was under the counter I didn't need it anymore. So now I just have pex to the American standard faucet I put in.
