Is everyone aware that James T is now head of service and parts.  Brad is now over all parts.

Maybe.

James Triana has an absolutely encyclopedic mind when it comes to how Foretravels were built and how to diagnose the problems. I know of no one else even in his league at Foretravel. He is a GEM.

Running a service department is a completely different job that is very time consuming.

Hate to loose Jame's focus on what Foretravel owners have come to rely on as THE source to other "more mundane" pursuits.

Said another way, it would not be a stretch to take a good automobile service manager and have him successfully run a motorhome service department. It WOULD be a stretch to replace Jame's encyclopedic knowledge of things Foretravel.

But, I truly wish James good luck in his new pursuit.

Brett James was already pulled from his previous job as tech support and became far less able to talk to anyone needing assistance.  As to running the department time will tell but with his knowledge the support techs should improve quickly and we all benefit.

Yes, over the last few decades, James has been moved through several different service/warranty related positions.

Imagine my surprise when James called me earlier this week.  He wanted to ask for my appraisal of the performance of the techs during my service visit last week.  I was completely satisfied with everyone who touched my coach.

That is really encouraging. In my view the shop has lacked adequate supervision and quality control. Great news.

I was there last week.  I feel it is the best decision made at Foretravel in a very long time.
I think James will do a tremendous job.

I had a Toyota Dealership, We called every single work order, asked how the Service Was, and any suggestion on how to improve service.
Customers loved it... Being a Service Manager is a difficult task. You have to please the store and the Customers..Sometimes a difficult task.
I wish him the very Best in his new venture.
Safe Travels
Dave

I am pretty sure MOT calls every sale, remodel or service order, (100%)  with one question.
"On scale of 1-10 how likely are you to recommend MOT to friends and acquaintances" Any response other than 9 or 10 gets call Back from Jason Haskins  or David Robertson, plus department manager.
Good way to find out how you are really satisfying your customers.
I applaud FOT and MOT for that level of FUP, and also moving James T to service and parts.
Wonder what Billy Jack is doing now?
