don't want to be in a hurry doing it this way. have electric and sewer, but water is down at the house. pics attached
Buy a spare 12 VDC water pump-- just in case your current one ever fails.
"plumb" it and "wire it" so you can use it to move water from container to tank.
Been there, done that.
Harbor Freight 12V water pump (under $60) will empty a 6 gallon container in less than a minute.
Has garden hose connections on each end so very easy to set up.
I have the previously mentioned HF pump but I invested into getting a pro grade pump. Capable of running the coach from the hose hookup easily

You sure it's not the pump relay? Have you tried direct 12V to the pump?

I am going to buy a 12v pump that matches the one I have as Brett recommends and will always have a spare. I am not having any problems filling the tank on the coach, the water fill system works fine. I just don't have a source of water where I have the coach parked on my property. The house is about 1/4 mile away and at lower elevation. I just fill the portable tank at the house and haul it to the coach with the tractor.
