Title: Axle seal

Trying to help a friend who is in a pickle. Does anyone  know what the rear axle seal number is on a 95 40' GV?

Bruce,

What model-- different axles under different GV's which range from U225 to U300.

Should be a plate on the front of the rear axle with model number on it.  THAT is what you need to go shopping.

Thanks Brett, I'm 3K miles from the coach that is sitting in the rain in a cold muddy parking lot. I'll pass that information on to them.

If memory serves me the original warranty forms MIGHT have listed the axle models?

More info, the coach is a 1995 280. Anyone know the right rear axle seal number?

Thanks Twig, talked to Roland he doesn't have the number. Brett the shop guys took all the numbers but don't seem to be able to find a seal. But hey its Alaska
