Title: Raising and turning off to stay high
Post by: dans96u295ft on August 12, 2020, 09:18:07 pm
One of you told me to raise the coach and then turn the system off while holding the raise button. It worked great and is still up after 2 days. I'm repairing my fender wells. Great tip for getting into the inner fender area.
Thanks

You should still place 2 safety stands at each corner that is raised up.  Do not bet your life or limbs on the belief that the air bags cannot fail.

Agree, but I'm not getting under anything, just reaching in from the wheel well but thanks for the reminder. I have room even before raising it for arm clearance

But, if the air bags fail, the coach goes all the way down to the tires. No room left for anything. Top of the tires rest on the underside of the floor.

Use stands as the tops of the tires do rest on the underside.
