Does anyone know what this group of wires is? They were in a wire loom tied up at the rear of the coach. There is two heavier gauge red and black and then the following: yellow, green, orange x2, small black.
Looks like a trailer wire setup with trailer brake wire.
I know that's what I thought too but my trailer plug is wired into a loom coming from the other side of the motor.
I also can't understand the two orange wires they don't make sense in trailer wiring.
I custom made one for towing my Grand Cherokee not connected to the original loom. Possibly PO did the same for something. Where do they terminate going back in the coach?
I cannot tell they appear to go into a larger wire loom. I haven't got that far in my search.
They are the extra wires that run from the front to the rear. The other end should be under the dash somewhere in the area of the steering column or just to the left of it.
Each one, like the other wires in your coach, will be stamped with a number and those numbers will be shown on your wire list which are included in the original coach documentation. Those extras are really time savers when you would otherwise have to run a complete new wire back to front.
Here is a partial wire list for a 97 fyi. Yours is very similar.

Also, they should have the letters—ex with the numbers
I think there's a page just for the extra wires
Yes, just use a tone generator to see where they come out close to the steering column on the left side. As I remember, they are folded back on themselves up front so there will be plenty of length when the ties are cut.
