Any suggestions on how to secure this pipe. I can't find a good place to secure it to the frame. any suggestions or pictures would be helpful.
2000 U 320
First, fill out your signature so we know what specific model it is,if your talking about the long lowest hose hanging down that is a
hydraulic line, you may be able to pull it up with some cable ties with some spare hose pieces wrapped around the hose but be gentle it may be brittle from age.If you mean an actual exhaust pipe, any auto store will sell exhaust pipe hangers.
Thank you
The unit is a 2000 U 320. The pipe is for hydraulic? Does it get hot
It'll get warm, not hot. Plastic ties will work fine.
That coolant tube runs from the transmission cooler to the water pump inlet. There's supposed to be a hangar, attached to the bottom of the engine, to support it. The hangar attaches to the right side oil pan rail, via one of the rearmost oil pan screws. Look for a broken hangar under one of the RR screws. That's how ours is attached. I'll get a pic for you, tomorrow. (Tuesday)

A couple pics of the hangar on ours. Yours should be the same.
Greg,
Those are excellent, informative pictures.
