Hi all - I'm considering a 07 Phnxix 45 after being in a Country Coach for the last few years. What do I need to look for - bug, tips and the sort.

I've owned a 2007 Nimbus and now a 2013. Feel free to PM me and I can share my experience. If it's the one at MOT it looks nice and priced well.
