So my auxiliary lights don't work, ever. So the print B-2179 shows power control wire 20B as Hdlt power to aux switch. 20B on switch has no power. I do not show the dash headlight switch in my print. On my actual headlight switch there is two extra spade connection on the switch inboard side. Was there a harness on there before? And none of the wires on the switch are 20B

Does the ignition have to be on for them?
I don't see that they are connected although I have tried. Hi beam inboard yes. Circuit works if 20B Is powered up. Just can't find were it gets power from headlight switch

The auxiliary lights only work with ignition on and I think low beam but not sure about that it could be high beam.

Here is Canada we have to have driving lights so I put in and extra air switch in the parking brake air line so when the parking brake
is released the driving lights come on.
Aux lights as in daytime running lights or as in fog lights?
If DRLs, I believe you need the transmission in D for them to be powered. At least that's how it was in our 2003 pre-headlight conversion.
Okay. So far there is no power to the switch wire 20B headlight circuit.

I normally power the Aux light circuit control power of the Hi beam circuit, Hi beam turns everything on and off. It is convenient to run them that way, but these are fog lights.

So wire 225 WH splices into wire 225-67 WH To headlight dimmer switch and 20B Auxiliary Lighting relay 5?
So my dimmer does work and I'll look in that area for 20B. For power.

Curiosity killed the cat. Went back out powered up coach. Ignition on, low beam on R5 relay reinstalled and fog lights work. They match the output of the 1991 ford headlights and are on the chopping block. Will replace with led light bar. I had purchased a extra one for my suburban but the coach currently trumps the other cars. Pack of coyotes in the back yard during my trip out. Always exciting, sounds like they got a rabbit.

Fog lights converted to driving lights. Not DOT legal. Fog lights operated on low beam circuit. Control wire 20B got power from 212-69. Moved wire to 203 control power for hi beam.
To operate the following must be met.
Ignition on
Aux switch selected
Lights placed to hi beam.
Can not operate driving lights without hi beam. Everything dims down with low beam selected. Or just the driving lights can be turned off and hi beams remain on. This is how other vehicles I own are set up and it works well for me driving in the desert
The led light bar is a curved bar with spot only LEDs. NO flood. Does not produce light that is distracting

I have this bar on my Dodge 3500 daily driver and very much like. Not a rigid but closest if found for the price. Being curved spreads the light more to left and right sides were those deer like to socialize. Good focus up and down unlike most.

We didn't all get the spotlight on the coaches. I bought a led with wireless remote suggested by a forum member and added it to the to do list.

Cut filler plates out of .125 to fill hole left by fog lights the pushed up as high as practical. Supports out of same plate. Not a very big market for Foretravel light mounts

Interesting.
For our vehicles, we appreciate having fog lights, which will only illuminate with low beams on, and go off with high beams. But then we drive in conditions of fog (where high beams cause a problem and fog lights are needed), and can see a similar need in snow conditions (which we would not drive a coach in ;) )
A coach in a desert, though, doubt you see much fog.
Michelle, yes I agree about the need for fog lights, but in the past 600K miles I have been in patch fog a couple of times. Have never been in fog in the USA. But these are my driving habits, but I bet in the last five years I have hundreds of hours driving at night and regular use of non DOT lights, But never with someone in view ahead of me both oncoming and preparing to pass. EVER. I hate headlights that glare at me while driving and pass along that consideration to everyone on the road, but if the road is clear and traffic free I run them. Have saved me many times with cows, elk, horses, people, abandoned vehicles. With them sharing the hi beam circuit control it makes for convenient control. With wiring diagram modification sheet it will be easy to restore to stock if needed
