Title: Ride Height Adjustment
Post by: reece1975 on October 05, 2020, 09:26:44 pm
I installed the new ride height valve and the air leak is now gone, however. I do not know how to adjust the valve to the proper ride height.  Does anyone have experience with that?

Not sure that is clear.  Between air bag mounting plates is 8".  From above top plate to below bottom plate is 8.5".

I see that harbor freight has an 8-inch trailer receiver, I already have 12-inch receivers that I use to block the rig off. I can use the 8inch receivers as a stopping point and adjust the vertical linkage at the ride height valve?

The spacing between frame members that we cite for safety blocking is not the same as the other Brett describes.

Correct.  The safety stands are for working under the coach.  You raise it to well above ride height to give yourself more room under there.

Said another way, totally unrelated to ride height.
