Title: VIN Locations
Post by: Carleton on October 16, 2020, 03:32:49 pm
To transfer title of an out of state coach, the California DMV wants to see the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) at two locations on a MH.  My 2006 Nimbus has a plate next to the driver's chair. Where on the coach might a second location be?

They want the vehicle vin by the driver's seat and the vin on the engine. I have done mine at Auto Club

Well played...LOL! I verified on my 88 last night that the VIN is indeed on the drivers front frame rail, just behind the tire....so we can check that one off the list!
