My M 11 idles at 775 which I think is too high.
We have ours set at 625. There is a switch under the dash that can be toggled to change RPM. Seems like every push is about 25 RPM. With your at 775 that is getting close to where the trans won't engage.

650
Pulled from internet. Ive changed mine before but everything shook more at low idle so adjusted back to higher idle.
If you have a smart wheel with the cruise control on the wheel you can adjust the idle speed with that.
With the engine at idle, the trans in neutral, and cruise control set to OFF.
Press either the set or resume button until the idle settles at the correct value. One button raises rpm by 25 and the other lowers by 25. The setting will be permanent until you change again using this procedure.
You may get stop sign creep with the idle that high. Especially with cold brakes.
Pierce
Cummins in Vegas replaced our ECU this year.
They set the idle at 700. No vibrations. Rebuilt brakes and a 110/130 D2 controller holds it easily at idle
Tommy my won't change from the smart wheel and Mike I have two switches near the windshield under the flip up part of the
dash I will try them and let you know
The switch that toggles up and down is the one that you want. On our coach it is the one on the right. The one on the left is just a one way flip switch.

Thanks Mike I just went out and reset the idle and 675 seems good. What is the other switch for. Tommy the Cummins rep here had
told me the cruise system might work and Pierce the park brake wouldn't hold it in reverse and now it does. Thanks everyone for your
inputs. We have so much good information on this Forum
Old guy the set and resume rpms that increase the idle speed are adjustable.
Oh you have to turn the on switch on the steering wheel on first.

Here is a discussion I found, Sounds like not all smart wheels will let you adjust the idle?
When my cruise is on I can increase the idle, that wasn't my problem it was slowing the idle down. Everything is great now.
On your era coach IIRC it is for pulling codes for the ABS. I will need to think about that a while as to when they changed the system to something else.
Mike
Tommy,
It isn't just the smart wheel it is also which engine ECM the coach was equipped with.
Mike
600 rpm for mine
Start it up, idles at 600 RPM in neutral. 800 at medium idle )cruise on, set button, about 1000 or 1100 at high idle, res button. That is what I recall.
My high idle is set to 1300
