Gary,
Welcome to the Forum. We are always glad to have new Grand Villa owners join our group. The more the merrier!
You will not have much luck finding early 90's Grand Villas in recycling yards. If you do find one, it will be pretty well picked over, and they will want high dollar for anything that is left. I think you would be much better off looking at new replacement windshields for your '94 U280.
Since you live in the Dallas area, you are close to to the Foretravel factory and to Motorhomes of Texas - both are located in Nacogdoches. Both places will be happy to sell and install new windshield glass. If you join the Motorcade Club, you will get a 10% discount on parts at the factory.

You can also get the glass installed at independent glass shops. I am providing a couple links below to recent Forum discussions on this topic. They might give you some idea on the cost of replacement windshields, and places to check for prices.

We still need an engine compartment door. Has to be from a 102" coach, U280/U300.

Pierce,
Have you spoken to James at Extreme. They may have a take off from doing their door conversion.
Keith
Xtreme could likely fix yours no matter how bad it is FT likely still has the molds and if so could make one. Might be a bit spendy.
It's aluminum and absolutely crushed. I can make one but lazy and too many items on the list.. Will talk to James at Extreme for a take off. Not in the market for "spendy."
Thanks,
Pierce
Hi Gary. My coach wind shields got destroyed in a horrible hail storm last summer. I called fortravel direct and they had them drop shipped to me. They came from a company in Ohio. The cost was $700 per windshield, plus $200 for freight totaling $1600. Install was another $500. Others on here have gotten them cheaper.
