Woke up this morning and the GFCI in the bathroom was tripped and all of those outlets weren't working. GFCI would not reset so had to make coffee using the bedroom outlet. No way my wife was going without coffee!
I replaced the GFCI outlet with no success so ended up re-wiring that outlet bypassing the GFCI temporarily until I could get this sorted out. Later on I heard the stove ignitor slowly clicking. Ahah! I unplugged the ignitor and I'm 99% sure that is my problem. Tomorrow I'll re-wire the GFCI back correctly.
Now as Paul Harvey would say: here's the rest of the story. Last night my wife set a bottle of water on the stove cover. You know those paper thin cheap plastic bottles? This morning it was empty. Apparently the water leaked out onto the stove and shorted the ignitor. I'll look at that tomorrow and hopefully I'm able to dry it out and get it working again.
150F in the convection oven. Don't hit the 200 degree button by mistake.
PS Those are one year only. I finally gave up and changed the bike over to the '82-'84 boxes.
Success! The ignitor dried out overnight and is working properly. I rewired the GFCI back the way it should be so all downstream outlets are protected. And my wife promised to not put a water bottle there again.
