Saw a Uni-Home for sale in Eugene, Or at Summit RV.
It's a 1993 40ft. It appears to have been painted. The color is almost Almond/tan with painted striped. It has 92,000 miles, DD 6v92 turbo/supercharged. Seating is white with blue carpet. Wood floor in the galley with white coriander. The bath has a pink commode and pinkish counters/shower stall.
They have a sticker price of $32,000.
The leather is worn but not ripped through.
The biggest issue I saw was dark coloring/delamination on the cabinets above both night stands in the bedroom.
