Title: Solenoid
Post by: leejrfla on November 15, 2020, 08:42:28 am
Hello every one.  I am replacing the aux start Solenoid and boost solenoid on the isolator board on my 93 GV u300 DD.  Can someone provide me a part number for them?  In appearance both look to be the same.

Thanks,
Woodie

The Cole Hersee 24213 has been used by many Forum members for these applications.  It meets the requirements, and is not too expensive.  Shop around (online) for the best price.

Amazon.com: Cole Hersee 24213 12V 200A Continuous Solenoid: Automotive (https://www.amazon.com/Cole-Hersee-24213-Continuous-Solenoid/dp/B005K2429I)

No correct order on the small wires. Just make sure one goes to ground.

When ordering the one for the Boost, you need to make sure it's rated for "continuous" use, as is the one in the link.
If not, it will get too hot and the coil will burn out.
