I have read the other threads about water fill valve locations, and mine doesn't seem to be there.
I can't get water pressure, even the tank is full because the fill valve appears to be stuck open. Light on both fill switches stays on, and I've pulled waiters with no change.
We are boondocks in Mexico and would love to get the water running again!
Any help is appreciated.

My valve was right behind the pump and the blue expansion tank in the picture.

That sounds more like the water fill relay is stuck or one of the switches is bad causing the vale to hang open. Your coach was during the change over year. Before this they had a manual valve hid under the bathroom sink or up front in the Grand Villas. I think that the first hiding hole (in the basement) for the electronic fill valve they put it behind the vanity cover that is in the service bay, right behind and below where you hook up your water hose
One other thought is that relay is hid in the basement behind the fiberglass cover that has a lot of your 12vdc wiring. If you don't know this should be on the right hand bulkhead of the big bay

If you can't get it figured out Blaine there is a mobile repair pick up that services MH . If Antonio doesn't know him go to the office at Playa Bonita and they will have him come by.He passes thru Playa Bonita every day hoping to be flagged down. He sold me a control board for my water heater and seems competent on motor home systems.
Mike, thanks for the info, that seems to be the biggest difficult is knowing where things get moved year to year.
I've looked behind my utility bay bullhead (last bay driver's side) and can see the other side of the water fill line and see where it spots to other lines and heads to the other (passenger side) of the coach to the water tank inlet, but no valve of any kind.
P.s. - trying to figure out how to attach more pics!...
Now opposite of that is my water heater Bay on the passenger side. My water pump and expansion tank is under my water heater. No valve. Beside my water heater is a panel that covers the sensor end of my black and gray tanks. No valve.

Will call FT tomorrow also if I have to, but kind of hoping I (we) can figure it out!
Update - I found it! It is accessed in the bathroom by removing the bottom corner drawer under the vanity sink. Would post a pic of location if anyone can let me know how to post another pic.
It was energized obviously, so just cut the positive to fix the problem right now.
Still have the issue if switches won't control and the green light is still on, on both fill switches.
Is there a relay involved somewhere maybe?
You might find the relay behind the white removable panel in the bay. It might be beside the water pump relay.
That valve over time can get calcium build up due to hard water. If it does start leaking internally you can disassemble and soak in vinegar overnight to clean it up. Unless the diaphragm is tore it will be good as new.
