A search of the forum shows 29506337 and 29558329 for FT of similar vintage to mine. I suspect that the difference might be the 4"' versus 6" sump. To add to my confusion, I have seen the 29558329 listed for 4" AND 6" sump.
Did FT use 4" and 6" sump transmissions? If so, how do I determine which I have? I didn't find a good explanation of how to tell one from the other. On my previous (non-FT) coach, I guessed and got it right.

Matt,
Any Allison dealer or Allison Corp can give you exact information from your transmission serial number which is on a tag on the driver's side of the transmission. Always better to confirm with the source.
Allison help line 800 252 5283
I will look for the tag. I will be under there today.
Thanks!

Matt, I just had mine changed at Stewart and Stevenson in Wichita Falls and they used this one.

There are links to a couple videos on this post. One of them shows how to visually identify the sump size. Transmission service (https://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=40345.msg399961#msg399961)
I used a genuine Allison filter kit which is for the HD 4060R transmission with a 4" sump (part 29558329). Includes two filters, gaskets, o-rings and an o-ring for the drain plug: $75.90 plus tax from Rush Truck Center
If all else fails and there is no data tag measure the sump depth, My local dealer said there is short and tall mine used the tall filters
(deeper sump) don't have numbers handy but that is how he said to check for filter size!
Chris
The number that Day Dreamer put on should be the correct number.
Attached is the instruction sheet included with the Allision filters which shows how to identify the sump size.
The 4" sump, which measures approximately 3.75 inches takes the 6" filters.

Thanks all! I took some notes.
I called Allison today. Push one button, and I immediately had a tech to talk to. He verified that my 4060R uses kit 29558329, generally requires 39-40 quarts of fluid for a filter change, and he provided me with name and number for a local source for kit and fluid. I have not checked prices yet.
It was great to call a big company and get prompt and courteous service.
