Need some help. Disconnected from shore power this morning and noticed that AC power wasn't available. Initially suspected GFCI but it wouldn't reset. House circuit breakers and fuses all looked good. Checked Heart interface panel and it showed voltage, inverter on, and no error codes. Generator and shore power work fine. I checked the fuse between the batteries and the inverter and it appears to be fine. Circuit breakers on inverter are all in.
What am I missing here? Is there a reset that might correct the issue or should I be looking at other things?
Appreciate the help.
Inverter transfer sw at the foot of the bed? On mine it is the bottom transfer sw
Thanks for the response. Don't see a transfer switch on mine. All I have on the foot of the bed is main AC panel, AC subpanel and DC fuse panel. Inverter circuit breaker is on, but if there's a transfer switch, I'm afraid I don't know where it is or what it looks like.
They are under the bed you will have to lift the bed. They will be on the drivers side. When you lift the bed there is a space behind the breaker panel where both transfer switches are hid.

Thanks. I'll check that tomorrow. Is there a specific check for the transfer switch i.e voltage, reset switch, etc?
Mine are on the passengers side.
The transfer switch with the smaller wires is the inverter sw. open the cover with all power OFF, generator shore and inverter. Turn inverter on and check to see if you have power going in and follow it from there, sometimes a tap on the contacts works
Thank you
Here is what you will be looking for.

Thanks for the photos. That really helps a lot. I'll report back once I get into it
As an additional bit of information, I just noticed that the charge light on the heart interface has never moved off of charge since we plugged into shore power yesterday. Normally it switches to accept and then float by this time.
You might check for 120v coming out at the inverter before going into the transfer sw. In the pictures Jor sent their should be transfer sw under the one that is in the picture.
