I want to give a good report on Nacogdoches Motorhome Service. They replaced my radiator and performed a bunch of other work a couple months back. I've had work done at Foretravel and Motorhomes of Texas. I rate NMS above both. Next time I need work, that's where I'm heading.

Glad to see the continued positive reports for service at Nacogdoches Motorhome Service. I have had similar excellent service experiences with this group on three previous occasions. It remains my go to service center for my 2002 Foretravel U320. Competent, reliable, easy to work with and fair.
I also had a good experience.
Had some work done there also . Bought from them a new satalite dome on the roof antenna and they installed it . However they could not make it function . I went aweay from there with no TV what so ever . Felt they were a bit pricy for what they couldn't do . They were sure it was not their fault , it was my equipment . Well , not quite that way . Turns out the new cable they installed was defective and was the whole problem . We went a long time withour any TV which caused me some bad vibes from Phyllis . Now at Foretravel and handed this to their tech Cliff . Took him a bit of time ''' $130.00 " an hour and two of them to figure out that the cable was bad . Now all aboard are happy campers . The reason for posting this is not to bad mouth thoes guys , but to simply let you folks know they are " not " qualified to do it all . They have their limitations , thats all . :( :( :( Brad Metzger
Are they capable to work on our aqua hot systems? Repair and service?

So 👍👍 for Nacogdoches Motorhome Service. They did my airbags, shocks and ride height valves in one day. 14.5 hrs, $920 to install the air bags, $460 to install the shocks, $345 to install and adjust the ride height valves.
Koni FSD shocks were $175 each, cheapest I found them was $168 so a good price. I had the air bags and ride height valves.
After a week delay due to the cold and storms they got me in and busted butt to get it done. The place is not as fancy as MOT (by a long shot) but OK. I appreciate the effort and the end result. We like the ride. I would go back for more.

Roger, Glad to hear they treated you right. They were great for a long list of issues we had taken care of back in September before we headed to Custer. They're a good group of guys there.

Hans, They did not pull the fenders or remove the wheels or even turn the front wheels one way or the other. They did remove the front docking lights to access the hard to get part on the front air bags.
Oh, to be younger and more flexible. I thought about this and opted for paying to get it done. Lots of other stuff I can do that will cause less aches and pain.
Mark, we will be there especially to see some folks who missed it last year, probably won't get up at 3 AM to go see the bison getting chased by cowboys in pickup trucks though. I hope to catch some more trout for a nice lunch.
Bill & Jan Velting - Nacogdoches Motorhome Services does AquaHot service. They have done my annual service for the last two or three years. Rudy serviced my AquaHot in one of my previous coaches a few years ago. He is THE AquaHot authority, and Rudy will gladly teach you as he works. He came to my house which is not far from Nacogdoches.
If you need other services done concurrently, Nacogdoches Motorhome Service is very capable of AH service. I was one of their first customers when they opened as I followed Bruce, David, and Seth after their departure from MOT. I'm local to the area, and I use them three to four times a year. By far, and I mean by a longshot, they have given the best service I have experienced in my three coaches of ownership. I have elaborated on my experiences with other service providers here:

I know everyone's experiences are different. FOT quoted me four hours labor to chase down my driver's seat inoperable heat and massage functions, and the four hours did not include the repair; only the diagnosis. I passed and put it on my list of items for my next visit at Nacogdoches Motorhome Service. They diagnosed and fixed the problem and charged for 30 minutes. I had the feeling from the beginning that FOT really didn't want to mess with it and their sentiment was reflected in the diagnostic quote.
As mentioned previously, Nacogdoches Motorhome Service may not be the fanciest in town, but from my experience with them, I rate their service above FOT and MOT.
