Title: My son bought my U320 Slide stuck open

Hi my son is buying my 4210 U320 the slide is stuck open.
He has not joined the forum yet.
Can he discuss options to get slide working here?

Of course.  But, as with everyone, will have to join to be able to make a post and first posts are moderator approved.  That helps  to keep spam and phishing out of the Forum.
