Checked all fuzes , fluid level in pump , did the  HWH reset several times , nothing  , dead . Have heard about crossing wires or changing modules but , don't know which is what . Called Foretravel over an hour ago ---no reply yet Hmm . Stuck here till---- what to do ???  Brad Metzger

We spent a month in Fort Stockton, one week. We were waiting for repairs. Foretravel sent the wrong part twice and we had to drive to Odessa to pick it up!

You can visit all the tourist attractions before lunch.  I feel for you!

Of course ... things may have changed there, by now.  Is there a Walmart?

Turn the coach around towards the trails in AZ. They might come in then!

Brad, do the seals retract?  If not then it is possible that a cable to the rear of the panel may have come loose.
If the seals retract but no slide retract then double check the obvious, ign on? Parking brake on? Level (or close to it)? Probably did that but I left the brake off a few weeks back and no go.  Duh!

Hope it gets resolved soon.

Problem found . Been on the phone  with HWH for well over an hour . Appears it is the touch key pad . Tried to see if we could try the rear key pad , no dice . So ,  been following instructions from the HWH guy , First was find which unit on the pump went to which slide . They were not marked so was trial to see . First turn off air supply , then  release air from each slide bladder . Involved , yes , lots of unhooking air lines once you get the right one .  Being the age I am , and the positions required to get this done was about all I wanted . But---both slides are in and now can go to Foretravel to fix the little stuff that we were headed there for in the first place .  Got lots of support and effort  from James T and he got me to the HWH .  This system is not like any of the earlier  coaches and that was the main entanglement . Thanks for all your good intentions .                                        :(  :(  :(  Brad Metzger

Glad you got them in! Good thing you were headed to Foretravel anyway. Better it happen now than after you left there.

I'm impressed, you must have some major clout, since you were able to get both HWH and James on the phone within 6 hours or less.  It took me almost 5 weeks for the HWH guy to call me back when my active air went bunkers.

Phoned Brad at parts department and was told they most likely have what I need . So , if this works out wont be the mess it could have been . We'll see Hmm  Seems this system is the same one used in the IH-45 and newer coaches .  Brad Metzger

Due to the school of hard knocks I am almost an expert on this system.

As to which valve operates which slide the slide # start  as #1 is behind driver, #2 is rear driver side, #3 is rear passenger side, and #4 is front passenger side.  #5 is the generator slide.  On the solenoid valves start left to right as #1-5  Yours may be different but that is how mine is set up.

If you go to the following link, go down to your coach # and you will find all of the drawing that deal with HWH on your coach.  I have printed them all out and keep in the coach.  I have had to refer to them more times then I care too.

Our coach has the what they call the AP470033 leveling kit.
