Does anybody have any familiarity with this one? Wondering if it might be worth a closer look.
The pictures are terrible, I'd be embarrassed if my team put up an ad with pictures that poor.

Yep it's ROUGH and way over priced.
Thanks for the info, that's what I suspected. Maybe they smeared some vaseline on the camera lens prior to taking the pics to disguise the poor condition.
IIR, the inside is walnut decent shape just dirty. Outside needs buffed out, tires, likely batteries. Didn't look any further at bulkheads as we where there to look at 4 slide 42' SOB for a friend. I think it's a consignment coach, the guy said the price was pretty well firm.
If I remember correctly, that coach has been there for a long time!!!
At 70k it's going to be there a bit longer.
I assume that is more of a "hopeful suggestion" than a price. That seems to be the theme with RV dealerships that I've dealt with. I guess they price them extremely high so they can take a trade and show the owner a number that doesn't kill the deal. I'm guessing this one wouldn't be worth looking at even if it was priced at $35k, if it was nice they'd have sold it by now.
At 35K barring any major issues it would be a good price. But in today's world coaches that are 20+ years old with no slides no full body paint and beautiful but " classic" interiors , ain't flyin off the shelf!
I have a 1999 U270 that I will sell for $35,000. The Florida coach as been listed for over a year.
And I do believe Texhubs Coach is in great shape.
Transmission was replaced among other things. The interior wood looks like it's in excellent shape.
