Kleen Tank was is in the neighborhood and we had them do our tanks, including our 3 year old Atwood water heater. I was surprised by the ugly water in the gray tank and minerals in the water heater tank. It was more sloppy than advertised, but worth the $250. He got a good amount of (hardened) solid waste from the black tank.
