Title: Hwh keypad not responding
Post by: Danny & Karen on June 02, 2021, 04:18:13 pm
No keys seem to function, but if you hold down any button all lights come on.
Travel light is on, coach will level with engine running.
No leaks.
Key switch position makes no difference.

Replaced CPU, KEYPAD, Aux air compressor pressure switch

Tested:
All fuses are OK.
Modular cable is connected.
Ground at cpu is good.
Jumper front and rear solenoids, they click.
Jumper around relay on auxiliary air compressor runs, achieves pressure and relief valve works.
Jumper around auxiliary air compressor pressure switch and compressor runs.
Cleaned connections on rear pressure switch.

Did you check all the fuses inside the control box?

You say it levels with engine running. Do you mean via the ride height valves or the self leveling button? Two requirements for it to work is brake on and "for sure" in neutral.

It is the 12VDC cut off switch located just as you come in the front door down low in the step well area. It doesn't cut off all coach side 12VDC but some selected items.
