Title: FTX bumper, the impossible hunt!!
Post by: Cparker78# on June 02, 2021, 09:21:02 pm
I have a 1986 FTX and I am looking for a rear bumper. Mine has a dent in it from the previous owner and I am worried that it will not straighten out like I want it too. Foretravel did not seam like they could guarantee me the correct one and they said I should check on here to see if anyone has on or if there are any ideas on where I might find one. I know this is a needle in a hay stack kind of hunt, but I have to try.

Thank you.

there used to be lots of shops that could recondition and rechrome a bumper, not sure if any still exist, but you could try google if no one has one on the forum.

Aluminum OK?  Try Briz Bumpers.

My '81 FTX has stainless bumpers front and rear. Is that what you have?
