Where can I find these connectors?
Mike,
I see you did find my photo. This is the OEM cable that I used. I just switched ends on the batteries as the positive cable on the longer and higher 31 series (different tray) was too close to the hydraulic reservoir. If you want to make up your own, large welding cable and military double fasteners are the best.
If you want to use copper lugs, buy the 16 ton hydraulic crimper shown here: ABN | Hydraulic Crimper (16 Ton) Cable Crimping Tool with 11 Crimper Dies | eBay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/232807561914?epid=20020451477&_trkparms=ispr%3D1&hash=item3634697aba:g:mZ8AAOSw7kVbKP91&amdata=enc%3AAQAGAAACkPYe5NmHp%252B2JMhMi7yxGiTJkPrKr5t53CooMSQt2orsSRAQR8FABHjfpFoyRlXhWmeZPL6dC5OS4qauPHycUe47gpMSxNC2b1x6BBWtpfHkV2EboqKrAokRe1XDZ8OlMd0uvAuP8tVjuMI69e4D7hIl7pYQrzKCPwMByC4IUZA%252BiU1HNeW9si9nQrZCysLQ4ZVQ3axZmhwInCqR%252FqblEp0ieNzPcKURATDzSxyAzPUhymlpuEdXRm8cShCKfCDHQ2AdVn%252FeuAKPnj9zZ32mg7JnpT4rNQg1FuIOV5nVFN8PFM4GmOXlwj2jzFCGcillO9xy9hlvIep0%252BIit%252Fo53HxPUTEy%252FheZEUqqsgsTk9KBfKQvXqFwW%252BuGa12JgiA9UBjgZ1N8Ec9quKvHczRpjVaV7MErXutBM06w2x0m2FLQsUhtbMJuDV3UOBmAyH5CJGOPZHswrkRLWB%252BqM8ktUxxJXfSKgUMhIAQ3k0VVx6XVoFmX%252F6HzCDHgV%252B%252BjQVjGKfAdtICsUP6%252BrvwBwaL3ALZgf17Hqu8tV6jkwlBuhMIgnvyfih7nGF2KTXPzc%252BmkOaGEs0sgG0cOHmurvXsGg9uId4M6GuMbOONzh%252BWJYgSGbXCxmND8VaC5d6Lql1evIAixVBRqwgBHF3AuCV79hdCM66ymZNz5fl%252Bj9snj6mwdbG407o05BejzZT6JL9%252FRKUonZhiEHUkEYlOwfUipL7jYUtBWd0msOe77eUkvD%252BRUU1Horcjm82Ub7HgOzeAP8NilKgLu9frN6JaBeKlxL5Vp2xEnCP6yjGwFDxJ2TsPw8hIEms2YfdoZh3js8QjPI0RkXVAjC0cWhWOnsW6TVAb8U2EFOFlgxhF1y3F4juq44J%7Campid%3APL_CLK%7Cclp%3A2334524) It does a great job I use it for big and small crimps. Use waterproof shrink tubing at the copper lugs.
If you do buy new terminals, get rid of the steel hardware and replace with stainless. I used stainless for everything including the nylocks on the angle iron hold down. I also have the photos for the new rack I built for the larger 31 series.
