Has anyone else experienced issued with the dash gauges not moving? With the VMSpc I can see the data, but occasionally I will start the engine and the oil pressure or tach gauges just sit at 0. Shut it off, wait 10 seconds or so and try again and usually they will work. Last weekend I had to do this 3 or 4 times to get the oil pressure gauge to come back to life.
Check all connections at the ignition solenoid. Check ignition switch.

They hook to a gray box behind the dash. I guess they eventually fail. All the gauges use this converter box. I understand there is no source for replacement or repair. Yet.
Roger has mentioned this before and figure someone made it some one can repair it or copy

You have a blue box under the hump in the dash. They fail, completely, partly, intermittently. The inputs to the blue box come from a variety of sources. Your air pressure transducers are powered by the blue box. When something fails in the blue box, no air pressure signal to get interpreted and sent to the electronic gauge. All of the dash gauges are driven by the blue box.
My box is gray, both air pressure gauges and the voltmeter quit. The air pressure gauges are now replaced with direct read gauges connected to the tanks. The start battery gauge has been replaced with an air pressure gauge connected to the HWH tank.
The blue box is apparently neither repairable or replaceable.
Roger, not sure what you mean by the start battery gauge (volts) is replaced with an air pressure gauge .
He used the hole that the start battery gauge was in.
M&M RV Electronics, Ohio City Ohio, successfully repaired my cousin's dash instrument box that reads engine/transmission data and operates the gauges, on their American Eagle when the factory told them it was not possible. Worth a call 386-738-8135.
Thanks Charles. The 386 area code is known to me as a FL area code, so I looked up the biz. Looks like their number is actually 419-965-3014 or 419-965-2662. Oddly, their website (M&M RV Electronics|RV Electronic Repair|Authorized Dealer|Ohio|Florida (https://www.mmrvelectronics.com/)) has those phone numbers at the top and they are hot linked to the 386 number you posted.
Thanks for the suggestion!
My apology Keith, was from their web page, good luck.

Just as a reference point should I or someone else start investigating this issue again in the future, I've seen a picture on Facebook that looks to have the identical gauges to mine, but with the Blue Bird logo on them. I'm thinking maybe Blue Bird used the same company for gauges and interface as Foretravel. Perhaps they may have parts for this system available to them should we need it.
The owner said his was a 2005 Blue Bird Wanderlodge M450.
