I am looking at this coach 2003 u320 and tried to open the slide but nothing happens.
Engine Running
Coach have to level manual_will not level itself when double pressing AIR.
All yellow Leveling light are off on the Inside control panel.
Turn the Key on
the amber light flashes and never comes to solid.
down in the bay the pump is silent
the inline fuse is good
there are 2 hwh control boxes and one of them has 3 yellow light on and lots of red light.
Will try to take a picture of the control box tomorrow and post it
Assuming transmission is in neutral and parking brake is set...
If the coach won't level with the main engine running, there is an auto level issue. Needs HWH to investigate. Could be a keypad, more likely a control board.
If the aux compressor doesn't come on at all (shut off the main engine) when you turn the slide room key and the lights start blinking, despite a good inline fuse, verify a previous owner hasn't installed a switch inline. If not, does the aux compressor come on if you try to raise a side manually (careful not to twist the coach)? If it doesn't, either aux compressor is bad or another HWH issue they need to diagnose.
I will try that Tomorow?
you Mention "do not twist the coach" please enlighten me.
i owned 2 Country Coaches and never heard of that term.
Especially when i drove my coach on a good incline to park it and always had to hit it on agle to prevent a bottom out.
Just Curious.
You can stress the frame of the coach by raising just a corner if you take it too far out from the rest of the corners. This can cause the windshield to crack.
With the key on, have you tried pressing the HWH reset button on the drivers panel?
Press and hold the Emergency Stop button on the leveling pad. All the lights should go out. Press AIR once. Do the red lights come on around the picture of the coach? Any yellow lights? Pressing AIR a second time should auto level. If not, have you pressed up/down to try to manually level? Does anything raise or lower?
Doing this from memory, so someone may correct me.

I took a video of what happens when. I try to open the slide
Honestly, this doesn't help me help you at all. The two boxes on the rearward wall are stacked. You're looking at the outer of 2 boxes on the inside and outer of 3 boxes on the outside.
Basic questions:
- How much air pressure do you have in the HWH air tank? You should have or need a gauge on the output of the compressor.
- When you turn the slide room key on, does the yellow light flash and then go solid after 10-30 seconds?
There are a couple of separate conditions in this coach. First, it won't auto level. Second, apparently the aux compressor doesn't run and the slide bladders don't deflate.
Initial post says light associated with the slide operation never goes solid. That implies vacuum is never achieved (since it's an '03; earlier models are different). That jives with aux compressor not coming on - one needs the aux compressor for this operation.
If aux compressor doesn't come on, bladder won't evacuate. Since inline fuse is good, either the larger DC resettable breaker in the basement is tripped, the aux compressor has issues, or something is amiss with the HWH controls.
Coach also doesn't auto level. This isn't related to the slide operation but does indicate there's an issue with the HWH system.
It's not wise to try and extend or retract the slides if the coach isn't either level or at ride height.

Today went and drove the coach again Findings.
Before driving.
Put the key on and tried to auto level and nothing happened.
than i raised the coach manually and that worked.
After driving while the engine was on.
I parked the coach and while the engine was still running, brake on and in Neutral i hit Auto level 2x and after dumping then it Auto leveled itself so Auto level works when the engine is Running.
i turned the slide operation key on and the amber light will only flash
i peaked over the pleated material that hides the slide and i noticed that light was peaking in at the corner( enough to see it but not enough to slide 2 credit cards)
i am assuming that all corners will be sealed when the bladder is fully inflated otherwise driving in a rain storm this will create a serious leak.
Then the question is .
Is the bladder fully inflated or some.
i never noticed the gauge at the HWH tank to see if it had a gauge or what it looks like.
The breaker in the panel which is in the same bay is on i have reset it that just to make sure it was not popped.
You should see no light when the bladder is fully inflated. Knowing the aux compressor is not coming on for some reason, there will be nothing to maintain the bladder when you are camped/parked. That needs to be addressed.
That said, the engine compressor is more than enough to inflate the bladder initially. It's possible the bladder has a leak.
If the bladder was leaking, that could have caused the aux compressor to fail if the compressor ran unattended for days.
There is not normally a gauge on the slide bladder manifold/system. Some owners have added it.
If the slide bladder needs to be replaced, you'd also be looking at replacing the slide manifold. Probably $4K per slide bladder (do both at the same time even if the other doesn't need it unless there's a record of it being replaced), plus extra for the new manifolds. Plus about $1500-$2000 if the aux compressor has failed.
Glad to hear this isn't a coach you own yet. Sounds like it wasn't well-maintained (noting the rear axle noise on top of this, plus the issue with the Javalina/rear camera display head).
Is the auxiliary compressor in the basement running? On an '03 It's in the 3rd compartment on the street side.. Someone may have added a guage there, the tank is in the middle of the coach by the front axel and there is no guage there.
When inflated you should see no gap
I replaced my slide bladders earlier this year, bedroom seal was -3k and living room seal was -4K , that included the manifold at MOT

The only way to know for sure about the slide bladder pressure is to install gauges. I got these from Amazon:
