Title: Leveling system problem
Post by: Yetch on November 13, 2021, 09:22:06 am
While trying to dump air from the airbags using the HWH control panel dump function, it seems the left front airbags will not deflate.  Any suggestions?
Thanks, Mike

You will need to pull the cover off the HWH control box and check the fuse for the lower/dump solenoid coils. If all is good here then you need to check the coils on the lower/dump solenoid to see if you have power to them and see if one is burnt up.
Report back as to your findings.

Besides what Mike suggested, I have another thing you could check:

If it has been awhile (with the coach sitting in one place) since you last used the dump button you could have a plugged up exhaust hole on the front 6-pack manifold.  Mud daubers and carpenter bees like to build nests in the small holes.  I've got some photos in the post linked below:

Mike,
Since you have same model coach, where is the HWH control box located?

Mike,

Basement ceiling hid behind the HWH compressor.  If you still have the Freedom inverter/converter it is just to the center of the coach from it's back. Look for a aluminum box about 10" square and 4" thick.

OK, thanks.  Will start on this in a little while when it gets a bit warmer out.

In the mean time, the "dump" button might serve as a work around. I had a similar issue before rebuilding my six pack and I just dumped all air and re-raised the other corners to get that one corner down.

That was rear though, and I believe the front is slightly different so YMMV
