Title: vinyl wall paper curling

Hi troops,
The edges of the bathroom trim wall paper has been curling up over time  Has anyone found a good product and technique to re-adhere this vinyl to vinyl border?

Isn't Shoe Goo a little thick to flatten out well? Jim

Roll it right away as thick as you want.
