Having problem finding valve stem replacement for U320 2001 aluminum wheels. My local tire shop is having trouble Sourcing any. If somebody can point me in the right direction.

I would never use that tire shop again. Those are very standard valve stems used in every semi that has aluminum wheels.
Agree with Big dog, for a shop to come up with a no answer for that they certainly can't perform when it comes to the harder things.
I get our tires at Grismer Tire in Dayton Ohio. The have several locations that handle car/SUV tires and one that specializes in heavy-truck tires. You need to find a place that specializes in heavy-truck tires. They will have the valve stems and associated items you need in stock.
I had one of the valve stems changed and the tire mechanism walked over to the shelf and picked one up that was identical to what I had and put it on--my point is if a tire shop don't have one on the shelf you may need to think about changing tire shops
