I haven't been able to get the coach out for a couple of months. The last time out it was warm enough to use the dash air.
Running down the interstate and it's working fine. I turn the temp controller a little warmer and it starts blowing hot air. Turning the temp controller full scale cold to full scale hot has no effect. Turn it off for a few minutes and back to a/c has no effect. Still blows hot air. So I just turned it off. Stopped for fuel and when back on the interstate tried again. Switch to a/c temp controller full cold. It's now blowing cold air. I don't change anything until I arrive at my destination. Then I ran the control switch thru Max A/C, A/C and Heat. Seemed to work normally. Fast forward a couple of days. On my way home same scenario. On the interstate I tweak the temp for a little colder air and it starts blowing hot air again. Nothing I try works. I didn't go through an ignition cycle though. I'm not a heat and a/c guy. But could this be a heater control valve going bad?
Caveat. I spent a Coach Buck on this system when I took delivery 06/21. This was the write up and fix.
