I had a EE code on my 5 button duo therm thermostat.
(not communicating error).
traced the problem to a dirty dometic data cable coupler.
is the coupler the same as any rj11 coupler that is usually
around two bucks or are they special for dometic data cables?
which of course are much more expensive from dometic.
thought I better have a few spares on board. thanks
I bought a bag from Amazon for cheap. Worked fine.

Wayne,
Just a RJ-11 plug, with 6 slots but just 4 used: centered in the plug. Be sure not to trim off the colored insulation then use a dedicated plug crimper to attach it. Just copy the old plug's orientation and double check it before crimping.
