Ok folks needing some help here. The bottom front slide lock pin is leaking on my 2000 320 3610. Trying to figure out how to remove without taking the diesel tank out. Is there an opening in the bottom of the slide, under the carpet,to allow access or is it as complicated as it looks. Thanks and hope everyone is having a great Easter weekend.

There is no access. You can see from the top side if you remove the slide bar along the floor It is in two lengths but won't help you remove. I had thought prior there was enough room to disconnect and drop down. Also the part on the slide is just the receiver no hydraulics up to it no moving parts. So the system loads up to 3000 psi during locking pins. I'm guessing you would want to retract pins to facilitate removal and this would unpressurized. Just unlock and stop. If you move the slide out it will be a head banger. There may also be a procedure in the HWH manual to follow. I'm also guessing that yours is the 680 model

Thanks Scott I didn't think there was ☹️. Will need to get an Allen wrench big enough and see if I can make it work. Thanks again.

Although I have never messed with any locking pins, under the dinette and under sofa there are 2 access points where it looks like the pins. Under the carpet. Ernie- not messing with slides
You are correct but can only see the pins in the lock block. All the hydraulics are in the coach, not the slide. Yes there is a access to the lock blocks but wont help.
Well I have looked at it up,down, sideways and cross eyed and just can not figure out how to gain enough access to remove. Thought I could take the cover off the fuel tank but of course the fill neck stopped that from happening. Will try to get with Keith tomorrow and see what his suggestion is. Thanks for the help and will keep you posted.
