Does anyone have one that is just for the dash radio? If so, where is it installed/mounted? I want to add one, but don't want to give up any floor space...looking for ideas.
On my 1998, the sub woofer is run from the Boise system, that requires the inverter to be on going down the road. My dash radio goes thru the Boise, as does the XM from an old Garmin. So the sub is in play.
Have considered a 10" unit on the wall along the drivers seat, something like this:
Amazon.com: KICKER 46HS10 Compact Powered 10-inch Subwoofer : Electronics (https://www.amazon.com/KICKER-46HS10-Compact-Powered-Subwoofer/dp/B083M9HR4D/ref=sr_1_1?crid=AYIXCA631UOD&keywords=kicker+self+powered+subwoofer+12&qid=1654027033&sprefix=kicker+self+p%2Caps%2C152&sr=8-1)
Just too many other priorities to spend the time/money on audio yet.
My sub woofer is under the couch, that is just behind the driver's seat.
I put my subwoofer behind the passengers seat up against the wall.
In my 03 I have a Bose subwoofer in my kitchen cabinet.
Once I get a working head unit for the house system, I plan to plumb the dash head unit into that.
Same here.. Next to the kitchen sink
Ditto
My unit does have the Bose sub in the sink cabinet, but it is not connected to my dash stereo at all. Thinking about adding a second sub dedicated to the dash system.
