So as I was lost in the internet I came across this.
Silverleaf glass Dash. Have made a price inquiry and awaiting a answer. Possibly Roger knows more about them also?

I think there are a few people on here that have had that conversion done.

It would be nice if anyone has done this to let us know how they like it. Im definitely interested in it.

Woody Hoppler has one in his 01. It's sweet ^.^d
Well I got confirmation of cost from them as follows
Hello Scott,
We have a 10" and 12" dash system. The cost for the raw dash is about $5000. The balance of costs are the plastic surround needed to replace the old cluster and labor. Roughly the dash + expenses work out to about $6000 installed. This installation is usually done by an RV tech and requires the Omniscope tool.
And so this is a thumbnail sketch; that specific style of 'EL' back-lighting in the dash panel is a bit tricky as it is integral to the plate the gauges mount on/within. Any new plastic/layered surround would need to have the remaining switches labeled /and lit/ another way. So, suffice to say that this is a tricky install because of the EL component.
Let me know your further thoughts on this as you have time,
cheers

Will be putting on the end of the want list for now. Too much for me
All of the IH45 have it. I have a few different screens I can pick from. I can not make up my own screen. Also has all kind of information you can get. I like it.
I think with the Omniscope tool layout may be changed. $400 adapter for your laptop. I really like it also but too much for me currently. Possibly after the dust settles on the bronco build.
