Title: RecPro Quality
Post by: Old Hippie on August 11, 2022, 12:42:27 pm
Anyone have any product reviews for the RecPro seating products?
what are the best coverings and how are they holding up?
leather or fabric?
All this fits with my couch removal post.

I bought a couch to hold me over till I get the flex steel couch reupholstered, I spent $600 and I got what I paid for. The whole assembly weighs less the the seat of the flexsteel couch, so it'll do till we go to Rocky point.
Can't speak to anything else that they sell.

We installed the RecPro recliners in our coach in 2019.  They were really nice and then started to peel in the seat area and around the shoulders and head.  Not happy now with what is going on with their so called faux leather.  Don't know how the cloth hold up, but must be better than the leather look.  We will either get these redone or take out and buy something else.
Hope this helps in your decision!

We installed Thomas Paine Seismic Series theater seating earlier this year. After about five months we ar happy so far. Don't know how they compare to the RecPro, but they are another option. Bought them on Amazon.
