I have a pin hole at the bottom of my auxiliary compressor accessory air tank (Thermos size air tank next to small compressor). I have temporarily patched it with JB Weld and a piece of flexible aluminum sheet metal. I will put a hose clamp around it as back up, since we are going on a trip in a couple of days.
Has anyone replaced their tank (I have a 2000 u320) and have the part number and vendor info? Surprisingly, this tank does not have a purge valve to drain water.
I replaced mine with a 2 gallon tank from ViAir. The extra capacity allows the compressor to not run as much. I mounted the tank on the ceiling of my storage bay on the drivers side right above the door. It is a long skinny tank and hangs down about 8 inches. I went with the 2 gallon because it is the same diameter as the one gallon, just longer.

Do you have pics of this install?
Thanks Mark. I will have to look more closely at it when we return from Durango. It looks identical to the one we have, but I haven't taken measurements of the old one. I'm really surprised that the original does not have a drain cock valve for the moisture.
Things I noticed about the new tank from the link:
1- There were four ports, I'm assuming that plugs were provided for any not used (I have two).
2- Don't use as a breathing devise... not a problem.
3- Replace 2-5 years after first using (?). The one I have lasted 22 years without a drain; I hope this new one lasts longer.
Not sure about the replacement timeline they list. Below is a picture of mine mounted in the storage bay. As I remember, it came with 6 ports and plugs for 5. I put in a gauge, drain, inlet and outlet, and plugged 2.
