I currently have all my power in my coach aside from the salesman switch turned off. Fridge is off, lights etc
The green light at the front door and the dim red led light at the generator are the only items I see on. I have the magnum 2812 inverter side off. The charge button in the inverter panel is on
I show 10 A draw on the system and it is in float charge state
What could be attributing to the 10 A draw that I am not seeing?
Is your boost switch off?
Peter,
The dim red generator light glowing needs to be investigated. If the logic for the generator is active then that is about 6 amps alone. If you still have the CO2 monitor and propane they draw. The bedroom TV and clock on some coaches are not cut off through the salesman switch so that will have some draw even with them off. The logic for your HWH is on all the time. Now the engine, trans. and brake ECMs are on the other set of batteries so they don't count.

Fridge may be off but the 12V supply to the circuit board always draws current. Boost switch as Dakota mentions? Optional electric heating element in gas water heater? No glowing lights on the transmission selection panel. Ours had a stuck relay and sucked juice with everything off. TV or satellite box draw even when off. New TVs have a quick start setting or all off. Quick start always uses juice.

So no the boost switch is off, bedroom tv and clock are off, the fridge is off but still plugged in( can I unplug it or does it require being plugged in all the time?) the very very dim light on the gen switch has been that way since purchase and has never been an issue. HWH system is off but I understand if the brain remains on standby. TV and satellite etc breaker is shut off
Other suggestions?
Start pulling fuses.
Follow wiring diagram and you will see there are many items not controlled by salesman switch including about half of the bay wall 12v breaker panel.
And of course, any previous owner added device to keep start battery under charge, like Trik L Start, etc.
Put a disconnect on house and chassis batteries.
Peter did you find the draw. I have a 2812 too and I don't know how to find out the amps
I'm using. It will tell me the amps the inverter is using and the charge rate.
