1991 U300 6V92
Today, I went to storage to prepare for a trip next month. The engine starts fine and air pressure build up normally. Then after a while, I start smell something strange. I went back and there is liquid dripping on the ground. It is scary. The liquid looks very watery and smells like diesel. What could it be? Ruptured fuel line?

I would look at fuel filter that is above the leak. It is way up high.
Thanks!
Can I drive like this for a few miles to the shop?
Sorry, we really have no information to be able to safely advise you.
If it is a fuel leak, certainly not.
You really need to find the source. The good news is that it looks like a significant enough leak that is should be easy to find.
On the 6/92 the fuel pump is on the back of the engine right above the water pump it kind of looks like a triangle with a braided line coming of it the leads back to the heads on both side and run through the ecm . Check there for your leaks. I repeat do not drive it .
Thanks for the suggestion.
I think I found out what is leaking. I think
@kpbowser nailed it.

I didn't even know that filter there. I have changed all other filters except this one. It is hidden in the back of the engine. So this one must be very very old. maybe over 10 years old. I hope this filter is the cause of the leak. Otherwise it is going to be more expensive to fix. new filter ordered. Will update if it fixes the leak or not.
How many filter are used on the 91 U300 6V92 Engine?
- MANN HUMMEL 24071 coolant filter
- Engine Air filter WIX 46726
[/list]
Thanks
