The seal is starting to leak. It's not an issue right now but some day it should be changed. The
yoke should be checked for play. Should be none.
Like Scott said, as it is it's no problem. It's a shaft seal. Those seals aren't likely to have complete failure at once, rather if it gets worse it will likely be a gradual progression, then change the seal.
X4 about the leak.
But why did you install an adjustable trailing arm, if that is what I see. Or was that installed by the previous owner?

I didn't know that the factory had used an adjustable arm on that year coach. Even after all these years there is something to learn.

Mike I dont think it is a trailing arm its too low being under the axle and too small. Im guessing it may be a sway bar? Again just a guess.
It's a torque rod,same thing as a trailing arm ,in this case,coach has 10 total.
Those stock arms are quite robust. Seems odd to need more and the problem with alignment seem problematic. Crazy
A mechanic at the cummins truck shop pointed me towards the lucas gear oil 75W-90 because of its seal healing/ no leak property's.
tells me it contains additives in the oil. It is not synthetic. I used it in a past in a front wheel hub that was showing signs of leaking at the inner seal and it flat stopped it. If.... its just a tired seal and not a drive line issue, it might be worth a go?
